So overall I stuck to my weekend plan. We watched the new Disney Channel movie "Jump In" on Friday. Had yummy waffles on Saturday morning, did some crafty shopping, made some craft vday decorations. Rented movies for Saturday night/day. We went to the new pizza place in town and had hot chocolate and pizza ( I had a cherry coke). Sunday we went and spent lots of money at gymboree, and watched 'Night at the Museum'. It was all pretty good, except for the fact that after pizza on Saturday, the kids and I were driving home, and some guy was in front of me looking like he was going to turn left (no blinker light, big suburban...) He was way far over enough that I could pull up beside him to turn right, so I did. Then all of a sudden he turned right, smashing the side of my car. Nice. He was so mean, and his wife was even meaner, or witchier, and made me feel like crap like I was at fault. That I "sneaked" up beside him. He made me feel horrible enough not to call the police. I was driving home in tears, so after talking to a friend, he said I needed to make a police report, so I got home and called the nonemergency police, and had to drive back into town and meet a police man to take all my info. Not fun. I hate being in those situations. People can walk all over me sometimes, and I feel weak and defensless. I just hope I don't have to ever see him again.
I have been oggling some of the crafty books out there, and they are just not something you can get in Northern Michigan. All the japanese crafty books. :) I found this one too Kids Rooms In Paris. I think I figured out how to order the Kids Rooms in Stockholm, but I think the Paris one is next on my list. Now I have to figure out how to order these ones.
